Refund Policy - the basics
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable e-bike rental experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review the following:

Cancellations:

24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.

Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.

After the rental start time: No refund.

Early Returns:
Returning the bike earlier than planned does not qualify for a partial refund, unless the bike had a verified mechanical issue. -
Mechanical Issues:
If the e-bike has a problem that prevents safe use, contact us immediately. If we cannot provide a replacement, you will receive a full or partial refund based on the remaining rental time. -
No-Shows:
If you do not pick up your bike and do not notify us, no refund will be issued. -
Weather Conditions:
Rentals continue in normal weather. Severe conditions may qualify for rebooking or a refund at our discretion.
