THE REFUND POLICY BELOW IS A TEMPORARY VERSION FOR PAGE DESIGN AND LAYOUT TESTING PURPOSES ONLY.

Refund Policy - the basics

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable e-bike rental experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review the following:

  1. Cancellations:

    • 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.

    • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.

    • After the rental start time: No refund.

  2. Early Returns:
    Returning the bike earlier than planned does not qualify for a partial refund, unless the bike had a verified mechanical issue.

  3. Mechanical Issues:
    If the e-bike has a problem that prevents safe use, contact us immediately. If we cannot provide a replacement, you will receive a full or partial refund based on the remaining rental time.

  4. No-Shows:
    If you do not pick up your bike and do not notify us, no refund will be issued.

  5. Weather Conditions:
    Rentals continue in normal weather. Severe conditions may qualify for rebooking or a refund at our discretion.
