Terms & Conditions - the basics
By renting an e-bike, you agree to the following terms:

Rider Responsibility: You must be at least 18 years old, in good health, and able to ride safely. You agree to follow all local traffic laws and use the bike responsibly.

Care of the Bike: You must return the e-bike in the same condition you received it. Any damage, loss, or theft during your rental period is your responsibility and may result in repair or replacement charges.

Helmet & Safety: We recommend wearing a helmet at all times. You ride at your own risk. Please check the bike before use and report any issues immediately.

Use Restrictions: No off-road riding, stunts, racing, or carrying more than one rider. Do not leave the bike unlocked or unattended in unsafe areas.

Rental Period & Late Fees: The bike must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Liability: The company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss during the rental.
